Some of our service providers, including Stripe, are based in the United States. When your personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office and reliance on adequacy decisions or international data transfer frameworks such as the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All payment data is processed by Stripe, which is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider (the highest level of certification in the payments industry).
Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe using TLS encryption and are never stored on or passed through our servers. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
